Welcome to Ninja Hands. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ninja Hands game and the vortexuf.com website ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

• Purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• In-game currency and items have no real-world value
• We may change prices at any time without notice
• You are responsible for all charges on your account

Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors. You can set up purchase restrictions in your device settings.

7. Virtual Items

Virtual items (including in-game currency, weapons, and other digital goods) are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own virtual items. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time. Virtual items cannot be transferred or exchanged for real money.

8. User Content

If you submit content to our Services (such as feedback, suggestions, or bug reports), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute that content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in Ninja Hands and on our website is owned by vortexuf.com or its licensors. This includes:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@vortexuf.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you may pursue your claim in accordance with the Governing Law section above.

17. Affiliate Disclosure

Our website may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our recommendations or reviews. We only recommend products we believe in.
